Steve did a great job cleaning out my gutters. He took nearly half a wheelbarrow full of dirt out of my townhome gutters (they probably hadn’t been cleaned out once in 20 years) and he also helped me trim up some hard to reach tree branches that had been banging against the house for years at no additional cost. Id definitely recommend him to others. He’s affordable, amiable, and does a great job.

Steve was willing to come out the same day and was by far the most affordable of the 4 bids I received. For once “you get what you pay for” actually wasn’t true with Steve. Even though he was the most affordable he was also extremely thorough and professional. Even with 4 kids with grubby little fingers my windows are crystal clear. Would recommend for sure.

Steve is a very conscientious worker and does a very thorough job. The screens were left clean and the seals were cleared and made the windows open easier. It's so nice to have windows that sparkle.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is $5 per window pane, this includes cleaning the interior &exterior. Most windows contain two panes, one that slides open and one in a fixed position.Screen cleaning is $1 per screen. For homes with less than 12 panes there is a $50 minimum.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Having a clean home makes you feel better and makes you happier, I love seeing the face of my customers once I've completed cleaning their windows. The have a glow about them!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently cleaned a century old home in the Yalecrest area of Salt Lake City, each window was over 100 years old and had panes of glass held together with an iron grid. The home owner needed to trust the window cleaner to handle these glass panes very carefully, I was honored to have their trust. The job went perfect without any concern.
