- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and designed to align our success with yours. Our lowest priced monthly management fee is just 7.9% of rent. We do not hide fees or surprise owners later. Management fees, leasing costs, and any coordination or service fees are clearly outlined up front so you can make informed decisions. We focus on maximizing net performance, not just offering the lowest sticker price, because quality management protects your asset and reduces long-term costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a detailed conversation to understand the property, ownership goals, and any concerns. From there, we provide a rental performance analysis and walk through pricing strategy, marketing approach, and management expectations. Once onboarded, we handle everything from compliance and marketing to screening, leasing, maintenance coordination, and ongoing communication, keeping owners informed without burdening them with day-to-day details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed Utah real estate agents and Asset Management Certified, giving us a strong foundation in both leasing strategy and long-term asset performance. Our team combines professional property management training with hands-on experience managing residential rentals from Ogden to Springville. We stay current on Utah landlord-tenant laws, fair housing requirements, local city licensing rules, and HOA compliance, and we leverage national PMI systems, technology, and continuing education to ensure best practices are followed consistently.
