- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is unique. We assess each project individually based on the time, effort, equipment, and man power required to accomplish the vision of the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to set up a Concept Meeting. If the client already has a concept for the video, we would go over that with them to get all of the details we need to provide a more accurate budget estimate. If they need help developing a concept then we work on brainstorming and make suggestions based on our experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 5 years professional experience video production, and a Bachelors Degree in Media Arts from Brigham Young University
