- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my pricing is disclosed on my website. You can even calculate the cost of your home inspection if you now the square footage of the home you are buying. I also have various prices for specialized testing so be sure to check out my website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I continue to learn and expand my business every year, not only in the home inspection field, but staying up-to-date on technological advances as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
This is a funny story. I actually took an extensive Myers-Briggs skills and inventory test many years ago (at the urging of my wife when I wanted to start my own business) and home inspecting was one of the careers that came up, it just sparked for me. Because I chose a career that was a natural fit for me I love what I do and it never feels like work.
