How did you get started doing this type of work?
20+ years ago I decided I wanted to make a business that I could be proud of as well as be successful. I loved landscaping and thought that if I took care of my customers then they would love it as much as I do. 20 years later that is still the attitude in which I run my company and it has expanded into my employees attitudes as well.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Full landscape installation both commercial and residential. There is nothing that Rollins employees don't feel completely confident in doing for their customers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Again, make sure you are hiring a "PROFESSIONAL LANDSCAPE CONTRACTOR", there are so many contractors out there just looking to make a buck and move on. Rollins is looking to build a lifetime customer relationship and it shows from the first point of contact.
