I have been working as a coach and mentor for more than 25 years. I have a degree in Community Education and received my training as a Certified Relationship Coach with Dr. Matt Townsend at the Townsend Relationship Center. I assist couples on a 1-on-1 basis and have also shared in group settings. I have found this approach to be the best way for couples to learn the skills they need for a healthy relationship.
I show couples how to grow closer together, communicate more effectively, create more trust and understanding, and strengthen their relationships. Together you will learn how to get to the heart of important issues in your relationship, better understand your differences, love your partner the way they like to be loved, and how to stay committed to creating a lasting and healthy relationship.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do a FREE 50 point assessment for couples which typically takes one hour. This gives couples a good starting place to evaluate the health of their relationship. I then go over the results with the them and discuss the different coaching options and the workshop that is available.
In our sessions we go into detail about our character and why we do what we do. We discuss how to improve our communication and the patterns we get into, and why they cause our communications to break down. We also discuss how to have better companionship within our relationships and how to show love that our partners are seeking. Finally, we discuss our commitments to one another and learn ways to create hope in the relationship.
Pricing will vary depending on length of time they choose to commit to. There are also discounts for continued coaching hours, for referrals, and when you leave a review.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact one another and exchange information so they can fill out the assessment tool that will be emailed to them. After completing that, we set up a time to discuss the results. They can enroll into my Relationship program and will provide them with the needed materials to use each week. Couples will be given opportunities to work on their relationship throughout the week and we will set up a "Relationship Plan" that will assist them in creating the relationship they truly desire. Then I will help them be accountable to complete their plans.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Community Health Education and have coached and mentored others for 25 years. I have taught and worked with thousands of people in those 25 years and truly enjoy seeing others succeed. I have trained with many mentors and coaches over the years and have worked with several amazing leaders. In 2015 I was invited by Dr. Matt Townsend to enroll into his Coaching program to become a certified Relationship Coach with the Townsend Relationship Center.
