Introduction: Founded in 2011 by single mom Kathryn Watkins, OCDiva was born out of a desire to create something more than just a clean home. She wanted to create a personal experience for each homeowner. A signature touch rooted in trust, growing into an ongoing relationship with each client. She knew that if she could understand each persons needs and desires, she would have an experience that was truly inspirational. And she did it. When you walk in the doors, you not only see that it’s clean, but you feel it, smell it, and experience it. And you know that someone who cares about you has been there. She knew that if she could give her clients back more of their time to do the things in life that matter to them, she’d be offering something way more than a clean home. Kathryn is the mother to two amazing and successful children. Her daughter proudly serves in the United States Navy. Your OCD Diva rocks! They are polite and personable. They didn't miss a spot. Little things that other cleaners ignore were not overlooked by these ladies. I couldn't be more pleased with my house. I will always use them.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    We typically service our clients weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. This allows us to form the relationships with our clients that make us stand out from the crowd so we're not "just another cleaning company".

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Don't always go with the cheapest bid! Don't necessarily go with the highest either, expecting it to be a better result. If you get an unusually low bid, consider whether that company will still be in business in six months or a year. Also remember, do research on companies you're considering letting into your home...not just on Thumbtack, but on Google as well.
