Edmond responded within 20 minutes and arrived within an hour. He was able to identify my noisy dishwasher’s problem in minutes and recommend a solution. My freezer was a bit more complicated! No worries! He was able to identify the problem and obtain the parts needed to prevent the coils from freezing over. I really appreciated him cleaning up after and putting everything back together so quickly. He was highly skilled, professional and his prices were affordable. The owner of Sousa Maintenance was extremely responsive to my inquiries and was able to come out the next morning to diagnose and repair my kitchen appliance immediately. He was friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable. His pricing was extremely reasonable considering he made sure to go above and beyond to fix additional small details, wipe down his work area and politely educate me about the mechanics of the appliance, so that I may be able to diagnose and fix it myself next time, which is rare.
