    Incredible Journey
    The fitness and lifestyle program are fantastic. I was in my last semester of school and had lived a sedentary lifestyle for 4 years before I joined LLF. I love the trainers, and the education about workouts, eating and lifestyle changes that I have been taught. I look forward to what the next 6 months of training is going to bring. I highly recommend LLF for anyone.

    I am so happy that I found Lifelong Fitness! I was referred through a friend and honestly, it was the best thing that I've ever done. I was never a person that went to the gym or wanted to go to the gym, which was threw a big wrench into my weight loss goals. I wanted to get healthy but I wasn't disciplined enough to keep a regular workout routine at home and when I did workout, I usually had no idea if I was doing the workout correctly or if it was really the right one for me. I did my best to eat right and stay on track but I had constant slip ups and never really had a plan in mind. Lifelong Fitness took the guesswork out of the mix! My trainer is amazing and we spent a lot of time talking about my goals and exactly what my expectations were! She helps me stay on track with my diet and constant exercise. She motivates me during every session and helps me work on my technique to make sure I'm getting the most out of every workout! I never thought I'd say that I look forward to going to the gym, but I really do! I like knowing that every time I go in going to learn something new and discover muscles that I didn't know I had! It has made my experience more fun and exciting and I can honestly say that I look forward to more!

    Lifelong fitness has litterally helped me save my life. I was overweight and very unhealthy. By working with my trainer, I have learned to eat a diet that is optimal for my body and health along with a personally designed exercise program. Working out not only makes me feel better but has gotten me through some very tough times by helping to reduce my stress.

    I am so thankful that I was introduced to Lifelong Fitness through Trent Brown. This gym has changed the way I think about food and exercise. I was always intimidated of the weight room and thought weights were just for people who wanted to be big and bulky. Now I love lifting weights and I've never been stronger. Also, the trainers are amazing! They really go the extra mile to make sure that you feel welcome and address your concerns. I love it & would recommend this gym to anyone who is truly looking for real change!

    My boyfriend and I have been at lifelong fitness for a while now. The trainers are very professional and knowledgeable. They are very good at explaining things related to workouts and nutrition. They are available to answer any questions throughout the day and are great about responding. The meal plans and constant changing work out routines are awesome. Every week we feel like we're getting a great and challenging workout and not repeating the same thing over and over. Another great benefit is being able to use the gym at any time and any day which has been great for our schedules. We absolutely love this place and are thrilled to continue with their training program.

    I have been with Lifelong Fitness for almost 6 years now. All of the amazing trainers at Lifelong have helped me transform my physique, idea of fitness and my entire knowledge of nutrition. Griff (the owner) is the nutrition and fitness Guru, there is nothing he doesn't know about health. Garrett is the the most compassionate and caring trainer in the industry. He will work you until you can't move but be the best friend you've ever had. Vaughn is such a talented trainer, his education has no limits. He is so persice on form, detail oriented (even down to breathing) he will balance your exercise, rest and nutrition. The people and the atmosphere of this gym are incredible. I have made fitness, healthy nutrition and friends for life.

    I started working out with Vaughn to get in shape for a hockey tryout. I went to him for about three and a half months. In that time I lost some of that off season body fat, and seen gains in my on ice power, aerobic conditioning, and upper and lower body strength. I've been extremely happy with the results from working out at Lifelong Fitness.


What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I have to keep up 4 certifications every other year and each of them takes at least 10 contact hours to stay current.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a knack for being healthy and I have always gotten a kick our of helping people succeed. It is very rewarding to me.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Personal Training and Corporate Wellness. We host a 12-week corporate program a 6-week Nutrition program called "Nutrition is Life" that help's clients integrate healthy, sustainable nutrition into their lifestyle forever.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of my trainers recently helped one of our clients lose 90 lbs and he has kept it off for a solid year and is now helping his closest friends do the same!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Same as above.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The industry standards of how a Personal Trainer get's certified and how to discern the good from the bad.
