FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not very complicated it is two dollars per pane. $60 minimum... Hard water is extra. More than 50 miles away is an additional $20. Difficulty of job can also add to that price. If it's three or four story building that price is obviously going to go up considerably. As long as I have a good idea of what the project entails square footage craziness of the ladder work etc. I can give you a good idea of what it's gonna cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always looking to improve the way I clean windows. One of my favorite resources has been a window cleaner turned window cleaning supplier/manufacturer named Sorbo... He became a multimillionaire through Window Cleaning so I tend to follow a lot of his advice. Seems to know what he's talking about.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to install window and doors. I wanted something that was residual and more client-based. I didn't like the one and done jobs. Once you install that job move onto the next. Also didn't want to be in an industry where the economy could have such a profound effect. 2007/2008 were not fun years.
