Lisa A. says, "TroyDB completely remodeled two of our bathrooms and installed a secondary upstairs laundry. The project involved gutting the bathrooms to the studs, moving a couple of small walls, and some re-plumbing and re-wiring electrical. There were typically two or more people working full days for the entire project timeline, which was about 5 weeks. They also permitted the project and handled all of the paperwork and scheduling with the city. We are very happy with the final outcome! That's not to say there weren't hiccups and miscommunications along the way - that's to be expected in any major reno project. The reason TroyDB gets 5 stars from us is because they handled issues professionally and worked until all details in the project were correct - including one last concern that came up after the project was completed and paid."See more

He was professional, honest, and fairly priced throughout the entire project. Communication was excellent; he always answered our questions and kept us informed. Garry truly went above and beyond. While repairing our carport, he discovered termite damage and repaired more than the initial scope without charging us extra. Garry painted the exterior of our home and a couple of days later when we experienced flooding due to the heaviest rain in one day all year long, Garry helped us locate the source (a window) and fixed the issue. He patched up, repaired, and repainted the affected area for only $100 extra, which was incredibly generous considering the extra work required. He understood that we were new homeowners working with a strict budget and he respected that completely. I highly recommend Nox Construction to anyone looking for home repairs."See more
