About
I've been doing residential remodeling for the past 8 years on my own, and the past 2 here in Northern Utah. Customer satisfaction is our first priority. I want to treat my client's properties like I would my own, and I want them to get a finished product that they can be proud of. I'm a licensed and insured general/ commercial contractor with the state of Utah and look forward to doing business with you.

He did great work building my shelfs in my dry storage. He was friendly and professional and did quality work. He also was honest, that is hard to come by these days! Thanks for the help, keep up the great work.

I'm really glad I've found Equity Share Remodel. Tim did a wonderful job for us, coming up with a clever and smpler solution than we would have thought of. The work was done promptly and to a high standard. He's also a lovely person to work with, responsive, professional, and reliable.

The quality of work = Excellent
Attention to detail = Excellent
Responsiveness = Excellent
The little details that were hit were amazing. These are things I didn’t request, but Tim recognized were of value and were either part of the build or he would ask if we would like them. For example, we wanted can lights the whole length of the basement family room, but Tim also asked about wiring for ceiling fans just in case we ever want to put them in. These types of questions are the details you get that normally aren’t suggested by others or thought about. I would recommend Equity Share Remodel to any one. In fact I referred my neighbor and I have to live by them.
Details: Residential • 1,001 - 1,500 sq. ft. • No, I will not be adding structural or weight-bearing features to my basement • Yes, I will be modifying or adding living space to my basement • Yes, my basement finishing or remodeling project will require electrical or plumbing work • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want

I am so i love with this service 🥰 not only the response was on time but the overall experience at the appointment at our home was impressive. It's such a pleasure working with people who shows enthusiasm as well as trying to give you options of either saving money on your project or go for broke😍
The estimate was on point and we made/suggested a change and was well received. I love working with people whom looks at you and listen to your ideas. And then make their suggestion but only for what's best for you. I can't wait to see this project of mine comes to life.
Details: I'm just starting • Dining or family room • New custom construction • Home • I am the owner
