- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer multi property discounts to my loyal customers and always strive for repeat business. My pricing may not be the rock-bottom but it also will never be stratospheric in comparison to my contemporaries in the field. I always strive for the highest quality and work with the customer to get the shots they are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting new clients! Typically we will have a conversation either through email, text or phone and the day of the shoot we will meet a few minutes prior to discuss possible shots and to get a better idea of the clients vision for the shoot. My work is distributed through well-known photographer websites such as shootproof where the client has the opportunity to review images and make purchases through secure means. My hope is this gives a great experience from start to finish for all my clients
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had extensive formal training in photography during my college years. I use a lot of experimental photography techniques especially in low light photography. Those techniques are typically learned instead of taught since there was no one in the field to give such training. I have extensive experience with advanced HDR and flash/ambient techniques when capturing interior and exterior images, having professionally shot commercial and residential properties throughout the mountain west.
