Katie saved my prosciutto! We are from out of town, and I had planned a Southern Utah getaway for my wife and myself, and I knew that we would be visiting areas where you can't always count on the restaurants to be open after 6pm (or to even exist). It was so easy to coordinate with Katie; she had everything ready to go just as we had agreed. The boxes were impressive and tasty, and they made the perfect on-the-go anniversary meal that we needed as we explored Utah's scenery. I'm going to go out of my way to plan an activity that would be complemented by one of Katie's board next time we are in Utah. Thank you!
