Arc Cleanup has made my life better. Really. It sounds silly, but after my busy days at work it adds to my relaxation to come home to a clean space. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have very competitive pricing. I will never overcharge or add any extra charges after we have agreed on a cleaning fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will bring a detailed list for every room in your house and check off everything that you want cleaned. We can look it over and you can add any other cleaning you want done. You choose if you want me to use my cleaning products or yours. You are in control of how you want your home cleaned.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My mother owned a cleaning business for 20 years and trained me well. I am constantly keeping up on all the cleaning techniques and insights through books, blogs, YouTube and various online sources.
