I had a great experience with total comfort cleaners. They called and let me know an hour beforehand that they would be 15 minutes late. Which I appreciated very much. They were quick and efficient and did a great clean. I did a standard clean and it was just right for what I needed.

Unfortunately the cleaning we received was subpar. We scheduled a deep cleaning, but basics weren’t even done. They didn’t even make it to the basement. When I discussed this with the owner, he scheduled someone else to come out in a couple days. We are listing our house and have pictures scheduled. Unfortunately the cleaners grandfather passed away and they need to cancel, now on short notice I have to try to find someone else and I likely won’t be able to. This is frustrating as it was expensive, the price quoted ended up being more when I spoke to them over the phone. He said he would refund me half but honestly, 1/3 of the job didn’t get finished and it wasn’t even close to what was expected. Floor not vacuumed, mirrors not cleaned, shower was left dirty, even the countertops weren’t cleaned. (The outside of our microwave didn’t even get wiped down??) what is included in a deep cleaning if not the above. I’m disappointed and honestly, now I’m stressed. This is the opposite of how hiring a cleaner should leave your mental state.

We price all cleans off of bedroom/bathroom count and sq. footage of the home. This will give us the best idea for how long the clean will take and what the total cost will be for our customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically book over the phone or ***********************. The booking process takes no longer than 5 minutes. After which, customers receive a booking confirmation with all details of the clean.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All cleaners are licensed and insured to clean in the state of Utah!
