- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on an hourly basis. Gratuity is not generally included in the fee and industry standard is 20%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer in chauffeuring, our process typically involves first discussing the client's needs and preferences, including the desired pickup and drop-off locations, any specific requests or special accommodations, and the duration of the trip. We will then provide a quote and, upon acceptance, confirm the booking and assign a professional chauffeur who will be responsible for the transport. On the day of the trip, the chauffeur will arrive at the designated pickup location on time, assist the client with any luggage, and provide a smooth and comfortable ride to the final destination. Throughout the process, we strive to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all of our clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bedrock Black has been transporting VIP's for many years successfully. Our drivers have extensive driver training, close protection, first aid and are trained to handle unseen challenges in any environment.
