- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes the price of labor and truck. As long as the total drive distance to and from is under 50 miles there will be no fees other than materials or more than two stairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting all the information I can, maybe an in person walk through or pictures of what’s being moved. Then setting up our truck to be prepared with the right materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for some of the biggest companies for over five years.
