Darrin is great to work with! He cares about his clients advancements, is knowledgeable, adaptable, and realistic about personal goals. He’s not one track minded in exercises—he tailors to your body response and fitness objectives. Mine personally: stability/balance (herniated a disk 2 yrs ago), overall health, and to not feel squishy/tone up a little. Also handstands! He truly individualizes work outs and 3 months in I’m finding more benefits than originally expected. Excited to continue my progress! I highly recommend him!

Darrin was very accommodating and I was always amazed at how knowledgeable about which muscles to work in order to obtain specific results. He also stressed important parts of working out that many people tend to forget (ie stretching, warming up, resting). Overall a great experience.
