About
I have over 20 years of experience working as a personal trainer. I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients over that time period. My clientele has ranged from professional athletes to preteen youth. I’ve trained individuals as young 8 and as old as 95. I’m passionate about helping my clients reach their fitness goals, and help them enjoy the process along the way to attaining those goals. So whether you’ve got an event coming up or would just like to shed some unwanted pounds feel free to contact me because I’m confident we can help you find success in your fitness journey.
I’m certified both through NASM and ACSM. I also have a BS in exercise science from BYU.
I do most of my training in person at a location called The Training Room in American Fork. I can also do online training or in home training for individuals who prefer those options.
I offer a free in person consultation, so we can go over your fitness goals and determine how training can best be utilized to help you reach those goals. Feel free to reach out to me and we can schedule your consultation.

I’ve had 8 sessions with Brian so far and he’s been awesome. Very personable, great workouts, compassionate, and helpful. I’m trying to get back into a balanced routine that includes the gym and this experience has been great. Absolutely will continue on

I used to be incredibly nervous about stepping foot in a gym, but working with Brian has changed that. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has a way of making every exercise easy to learn and understand. What I appreciate most is his encouraging attitude. He has helped me build confidence, turning an intimidating environment into a place where I feel comfortable and capable. If you're hesitant about starting your fitness journey, he is the perfect person to guide you!

I have had Brian as my trainer for about 7 months now. I have tried having a membership at traditional open gyms before and it never really worked. Deep down I’m a little lazy and don’t have motivation to go to the gym on my own, so I decided to try out the trainer route to see if that helps.
As a trainer, Brian is solid. He provides great workouts that get my entire body a great workout. I love that I’ve never got injured from any of our workouts since we’re using proper techniques. If I come to a workout with an injury from something I did between our workouts, he does a great job of adjusting and making sure we avoid or be careful with that injured area.
One other thing I have loved is how much I have learned about the gym equipment, how to properly exercise and lift, and for the first time in my life feel like I know what I am doing at a gym when I go on my own, which I have started to do. He has helped me feel like I can now go on my own and have a solid routine of what to do and not feel stupid doing it.
My original plan was to use Brian for about 3 months and then see, but here I am about to go onto my 8th month and have had no regrets. Would highly recommend Brian as a trainer, whether you just need a kickstart to learn about exercising or need a long term solution to your fitness journey, I feel like he can help with whatever you’re looking for.

I have really enjoyed working with Brian. I have/had a number of injuries coming into working with him and Brian has been great designing workouts that push me, and helped me build strength while not overdoing it. I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis, an old herniated disk in my back, and some bad cartilage in my knee. I haven’t felt this good while exercising in a long time.
