- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They shouldn’t expect things to be dirt cheap. Quality work in this industry comes at a fair price. That being said, I like to work with all budgets. Happy to help where I can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet them over the phone or in person if needed. I like to make sure we discuss expectations thoroughly so that they are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nothing formally. I am self taught and am proud of it! You can’t teach talent.
