Friendly service. Repaired more siding than what was requested. Would use them again
I had a difficult water heater installation in my crawl space. The access point was only 18 inches. Not only did Matt find me a 40 gal water heater that would fit, he got it installed for a great price! Thanks, Matt
Upon returning from a trip in December of 2012 we found that the water valve leading to the refrigerator had been leaking. We reported it to our insurance company and they said to call a contractor . We called DH Construction to get an estimate for repair. Derek showed up within an hour and contacted the insurance company with an estimate for repairs. He had to remove some of the soaked dry wall , tear up and remove and replace .some carpet padding, replace the kitchen flooring, replace the water valve and set up fans to dry to make sure there was no mold forming and dry out the carpet.. He also repainted the walls and matched the paint exactly. He was very efficient and timely. He worked with the insurance company and me in a courteous manner. I would recommend his work to anyone. Also earlier this year we had new kitchen counter tops installed. He installed new back splashes, installed new kitchen sink faucets, hooked up the garbage disposal and installed new electrical outlets. Again his work was excellent and reasonable. Again I would recommend his to other people.
I needed a new roof for my nice duplex rental in Ogden. Roof Warranty is a very professional well organized company that I found in Northern Utah. It's really nice to find passion along side high quality from a outstanding company. I have a roofing company I will use again and again. Thanks guys!! Mike A.
Being a older home the rain gutter had been leaking and Doug had to remove the gutter, scrape the old wood and fill damage of time. He did a outstanding job on it and the new rain gutter went up well. The over head entry needed recovered, he got the new material, and did a great job putting it up and the trim work was outstanding .Doug scraped the window trim and all the wood around the front of the house and painted it, the job was done well with no over-spray. His work was all done very well and I will have him do work for me again. I liked it that he kept his work area clean as he went along. He listened to me and helped me make decisions that worked out in all the areas. Real professional.
Ryan is awesome! He came to do a bid on drywall and we ended up hiring him to paint our basement instead. We are thrilled with the way it turned out. So much that we've had him come back to do several other projects in the house. He's professional, timely, organized and easy to have in my home, even if my kids are getting in his way. A major bonus, compared to other contractors we've worked with. Definitely will recommend him to friends!
I spoke with Mike but a guy named Javier came out to do the job. I think Javier did a pretty good job, he used a paint sprayer which I wasn't a fan of because it left little spots on the hardwood and the floor was very dusty when he left but overall I would say he did a good job.
They painted our exterior brick and siding. Looks super great, they were very clean and precise.
Robert did a great job and I would hire him again. Small job to replace corner piece on vinyl siding, but if it is any evidence of his professionalism and quality, I will be happy to call him for my handyman needs in the future.
I used Thumbtack to get bids from 3 people for my painting and tile project. Kelly had the lowest bid, but there were additional reasons that made me want to pick him over the others. For instance, he was very flexible with scheduling. I told him I wanted to complete the project quickly, so he offered to use multiple workers and long-days to meet our goals. He also asked detailed questions about the scope of work, which made me confident in his professional skill level. Kelly and his team were on-time, friendly, and very good at what they do. The painters used drop-clothes, but they didn't really need them because I don't remember seeing any drips. (This also means they didn't waste expensive paint). The tile in our bathrooms turned out amazing. My wife was thrilled by the new look. Kelly showed us several designs of tile layout, and we selected a brick-style. Kelly guarantees 100% satisfaction, and he means it. Any request that I made was accepted and quickly completed by his team. I highly recommend using the LandLords Lifeline for high-quality work at competitive prices. We will be using them for all of our future projects.
Misael and his crew quoted me a fair price. He took his time on the outset to listen to exactly what we wanted and then once they started they were surprisingly fast. Occasionally we had days scheduled where someone didn't show up, but Misael always replies to texts and stays communicative, and we appreciated that. The interior paint work is beautifully smooth and even. On the exterior we have a lot of old windows. Previous owners of this house in addition to homeowners in the area have had problems with painters just prepping and spraying them, which essentially glues the windows shut. Fortunately we did not have that problem. Misael and his crew did it by hand into the night and opened all the windows afterward. He always comes back after the whole project is done to follow up and touch up. I will be using them again and I recommend them to everyone.
Mr. Davis performed some work around our home when we were preparing to put it on the market. He repaired our fence, replaced and painted some damaged trim work, matched and replaced some damaged siding and made some repairs to our roof. Timothy and his crew were professional and courteous. They worked around our schedule and did a great job. We would recommend him highly to anyone with similar work to be done around their home or office.
Completed the job on time and for a good price. I would have liked a little more consultation though as I noticed after the fact that a down spout may have been better in a different location.
