He was very quick to find the problem with my fridge and fix it. The fan motor needed maintenance. It was a bit expensive for my taste, $150 for a little less than an hours worth of work with no parts required. Don’t know if I got a good deal, but he fixed the problem.

Jorge was great, and I will be reaching out to him in the future to fix any appliances that break. I really appreciated him asking questions and making sure that he understood what needed to be fixed. I requested him to fix a washing machine that wasn't draining, and he had all the tools necessary to complete the job. Things didn't go exactly smoothly, as they never do, and he was able to get the job done as requested and in a timely manner. After the job, he made sure to communicate to me that it was everything that I wanted/needed to be repaired, and he confirmed with me multiple times before marking the job as 'complete'. If the job had been satisfactory, I know that if I would have just told him something, he would have fixed it. Thank you!
