We had a broken dryer. Jorge answered our request and arrived within the same day. He fixed the dryer for the quoted price. He even threw in a couple of additional repairs that we did not discuss. Would highly recommend!

They came out the same day I requested the service. The tech was very easy to communicate with, assessed my washing machine, showed me what was wrong and then offered a very fair and competitive price for the repair. He had all the parts needed on hand. He even poured the excess grey water from my machine into my garden! We will definitely go with Jack services LLC again!

I received a response from Jack within an hour of contacting him. The worker showed up on time & did a good job repairing our ice maker. It, unfortunately, didn't last long. I reached out again & they came the next day to replace the ice maker at a very good price. I would use them again & recommend them ;)

Our fridge died and I reached out to see if someone could come same day which they did. After running some tests it was determined that the computer board died. They gave me a quote on the repair, but since the part alone would be expensive, we decided that we'd just get a new fridge instead. They only charged me a small fee for coming out and even put my fridge back together.
