Sylwester responded promptly to my inquiry about a bid for flooring installation in a spare bedroom. Not only did he beat the price of competitors, but he also was able to come do the job a couple of days later versus a couple of weeks later. He was punctual and worked hard the whole time he was here. He helped us save our brand new carpet, padding and tack boards for possible future use in the basement. I recommend hiring him for your flooring project. You won’t be disappointed.

Sylvester was very professional great to work with. He came to our house and gave us a verbal quote after inspecting what we needed to be done with some laminate flooring. He communicated via email, text, and phone calls, always confirming appointments and decisions we made. He put in extra effort to check for materials with his distributors. He was friendly and courteous and finished the job in the time he said he would. I would hire Sylvester again for any flooring need and would recommend him to others.

Sylvester stripped and restained our floors. He had to match the existing floor which didn't need refinishing. We are thrilled with the workmanship and can't tell where the floors were meshed with the existing color and the new. I have already referred 123 flooring to a client. We will certainly use Sylvester for any future flooring needs...
