Hogar dulce hogar was awesome; they went out of their way to completely clean every inch of my condo, doing much more than they were asked; super polite, pleasant, willing, and professional.

If this clean would have been a standard cleaning needed, it would have been fine. I was needing a move in/move out clean which is more in depth and it was not acceptable. I was also charged a lot more than what the pro quoted. I had 2 different houses that needed to be cleaned and with both I had to go back and clean when the pro left. A lot was asked for the move out clean with a detailed list of things I needed done. Most of the things on that list were missed.

Dear Melissa, It is a privilege to work with customers that help us to improve and do a better job, your feedback is more than appreciated. Here is the detailed response to your claims: 1. Melissa: “If this clean would have been a standard cleaning needed, it would have been fine. I was needing a move in/move out clean which is more in depth and it was not acceptable.” Response: We cleaned everything you asked. Here is the detailed report of what we did clean: House in South Jordan (Wednesday, February 15 , 2017. We started cleaning at 10:30 am and finished at 4:00 pm) Total: 5 hours 30 minutes of work. A new house to move in with construction/reparation/painting residues. Kitchen - 20 + cabinets: outside and shelves inside - 10+ drawers: outside and inside - approx. 30 feet length x 3 inches wide counter top which was brushed, washed and wiped - the sink was brushed, washed and wiped - the window was dedusted and cleaned -stove and microwave -the refrigerator was cleaned outside and inside (every single shelf, drawer, and glass were taken out from the fridge, rinsed and washed with soap, dried out and put back in the same place) Bathrooms - 3 toilets - 2 showers/tubs - 1 jet tub (big size) in the master bedroom - 3 center mirrors (stained with construction residues) - 2 cabinet mirrors in master bedroom (they were dusted with construction residues, the only way to clean them was to be rinsed and washed) - 6 feet length x 3 inches wide countertop which was brushed, washed and wiped due to the construction residues fall over from the cabinet mirrors - 4 sinks were brushed, washed and wiped - 5 cabinets: outside and inside - 8 drawers: outside and inside - Light fixtures in all bathrooms Floors: Swept and mopped House in Lehi (Tuesday, February 28, 2017. We started cleaning at 10:00 am and finished at 7:00 pm) Total: 8 hours of work. A house that had been occupied and not be cleaned for 10 years. Kitchen - 14 + cabinets: outside and shelves inside (they were deeply smoked and stained mostly, the smoke inside the shelves was dark enough to make the job harder and slowed the work, only by deeply cleaning we were able to take the smoke off) - 10+ drawers: outside and inside (they were stained mostly it slowed the work to be able to take those stains off) - approx. 15 feet length x 3 inches wide counter top which was brushed, washed and wiped - the sink was brushed, washed and wiped - stove and microwave Bathrooms -4 sinks -3 toilets (they were deeply stained, stinky and disgusting dirty, this dirtiness slowed the work and only with a clean in depth was able to clean them) -1 jet tub (regular size) in the master bedroom was deeply mold and stained all around and in the steam holes this dirtiness slowed the work and make the cleaning harder because it was difficult to take the stains off, it was deep clean to be able to do it. - 2 showers walls and 1 regular tub - 3 center mirrors - 4 cabinets (outside and inside) - 5 drawers (outside and inside, some of the inside drawers were deeply stained with bubble gum and toothpaste stains, it demanded a deeply clean in those areas) Windows 30+ inside windows, blinds and window sills (each one of them was deeply dusty, it slowed the work to be able to clean them took a lot of hard work and time) Vacuumed all carpeted floor in all rooms and around the spots of were placed items. Floors in the kitchen and bathrooms were swept and mopped. Baseboards in the living room Doors, switches and walls. (Some of them were not able to be cleaned completely because of they have strong stains which was informed to you before we left.) 2. Melissa: “I was also charged a lot more than what the pro quoted.” Response: We cleaned your two houses. In the South Jordan house (5 hours 30 minutes of work, two people cleaning) the move in house, we charged $120 dollars (40 dollars more than was quoted) due to even though was a new house the construction/remodeling residues made the house dustier, the size of the house, the length of kitchen, amount of cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and bathrooms, the tub and shower were significant bigger than expected which were not explained in the details given in the request. In the Lehi house (8 hours of work, two people cleaning) the move out house. A house that had been occupied and not be cleaned for 10 years. We charged $ 175 dollars (25 dollars more than we agreed ) because we cleaned 30+ inside windows , blinds and windows sills) besides all the deep dirtiness that it had. 3. Melissa: “I had 2 different houses that needed to be cleaned and with both I had to go back and clean when the pro left.” This comment contradicts your personal response to our work after we clean you first house in South Jordan in February 15. After we worked for 5 hours 30 minutes, you were able to check everything we clean and you did not mention any comment about any missing job. In fact, you were pleased enough with our job that you asked us to go back and clean your second house. You paid to us and agreed with us with the price and date for your second house. Two weeks later in February 28, we cleaned your house in Lehi. If you would have had any complain you could have not hired us again. However, you asked us to clean that home too. We worked for 8 hours (from 10:00 am-7:00 pm) cleaning your move out house, you came home after 4:00 pm and stayed there until we finish. You were in your house and checked everything we cleaned. Before we left your home you paid us and did not mentioned any complain about any missing cleaning. 4. Melissa: “A lot was asked for the move out clean with a detailed list of things I needed done. Most of the things on that list were missed." As you can review our detailed report of our cleaning in both houses in our answer to your question 1. We cleaned everything you asked in your list. Except for some doors, switches and walls that have strong stains that made the work impossible to be completed which was informed to you before we left) We cleaned your house in South Jordan on February 15 and the house in Lehi on February 28, you checked all our job in person while we were there and you showed you were pleased with it, you paid us for it and hired us a second time and never said any complain for a missing job. But now, on March 17 we received in Thumbtack a negative review from you with complains about our job, one month two days after the first house was cleaned and seventeen days after the second house was cleaned. Melissa, we cleaned your home with great detail and extra time invested. We cleaned your home with the same high level of quality and professionalism just as we do for all our customers. We were surprised for your negative review. All of our other customers have been extremely pleased with all work. If there was ANY problem at all, we would have been more than willing and anxious to return as soon as possible had we been informed by you.
