I actually had someone else scheduled, but DC's quote and availability were both better, so I called off the other electrician and had DC come to help install two smart thermostats. Trevor and Isaac were communicative, prompt, and kind--I would call them again in a heartbeat.I didn't know it, but turns out my home is wired for a specific thermostat type and not compatible with the smart thermostats I wanted installed. I'm so grateful they showed their expertise, advised me on my options (I wasn't forced into anything!), and ended up reinstalling my old thermostats when we realized we hit a wall. I feel like I even got an education in the meantime!Bummed we couldn't swap them out, but not their fault, and I'll be calling them back for any future electrician work. Tari Y. says, "He was supposed to arrive between 9-11 am, but didn’t show up until after 12. No calls or texts to say he’d be delayed. He said another job got scheduled that morning before mine. He completed the jobs hired to do. I wasn’t crazy about the position of the fan. He didn’t ask me where I wanted it situated on the ceiling. There are lots of cuts in the drywall and missing pieces of drywall, maybe that’s normal for an exhaust fan in a bathroom? I’m not sure I’d hire him again."See more
