- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They general fit a structure according to the time and labor that is needed for a client. I try to accommodate the client as well as communicate what is realistic.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off! Meet! That is the most important part! Get to know the client. Don't worry about the "need." Find out who they are the the story that needs to be told! Then talk about the need. I am all about making the process genuine and informing. Take the time to connect and stay connected along the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 5 years of experience in the media field industry. From Wedding to cooperate events, to personal projects. From videography and photography 100% self taught. Professional studio settings to themed projects! I have a passion for all mediums
