I worked with Renovate Ease (Thomas W.) on my basement renovation from April–August 2023. While the project had some bumps early on, I want to highlight that the team ultimately stepped up, addressed the issues, and made things right.

After some initial miscommunication and permitting concerns, Thomas followed through and ensured everything was corrected properly. They handled the necessary updates, helped get things back on track, and made sure my space was finished correctly and up to standard.

In the end, I’m happy with how my basement turned out, and I appreciate that Renovate Ease took responsibility and resolved the problems. I can confidently say the finished result is solid, and I’m grateful for the effort they put into making sure everything was done the right way.

Needed to have some remodeling done and it was everything from bathrooms to yard work. Thomas and his staff were amazing! I was always kept updated on the progress of the repairs, if anything changed, didn’t work, or even if a different option might have looked better! I am SO happy with the way my “new” home looks and feels, and whenever I have another project idea there will only be one company I call Some during project and finish project pictures

We never made it further than the estimate scheduling. I had said what times of the day I’m available for a call- typical business hours. Someone texted me at 9:30 pm about calling me which was way too late for my family. I was woken up at 5:10 am because they were trying to call me- also way too early. I waited an hour and tried the number back but it made a strange beeping noise and disconnected. Either their appointment setters don’t live nearby to know when the best call times would be, or they really don’t respect people’s personal lives.
