- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The seller is typically paying both agents. If I am the selling agent, I typically charge 6%. 3% to attract a buyers agent and 3% to cover all of my costs. As a buyers agent, my services are usually free to the buyer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will arrange a meeting so that we can get to know each other and I can get to know the customers needs. We will build a plan of action together whether it be selling or buying and get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in a foreclosure law firm where I gained experience in Real Estate law. My mother has been an agent since I was 10 years old and I learned to love going to meet her clients. I have also completed all training required to hold a Real Estate license. I continue to take classes and attend meetings with my brokerage to expand my knowledge.
