We do wedding receptions, sporting events, birthday parties, corporate events, etc. Our set up includes professional white canopy tents, folding tables, table cloths, table runners, over 8 high-end, Swan shave ice machines, and more than 40+ flavors, including sugar free flavors upon request. Our prices are very reasonable and we have many repeat customers.

They were super easy to work with and very reasonably priced! We had them cater our wedding and they were all ready and set up before the reception. We didnt have any complaints! They even let us choose 15 flavors to have on the menu and brought extra flavors as well! Everyone enjoyed it. We didnt find anything that was close to how cheap they are. They also answered timely and we didnt have to worry about any of the execution.

Amazing shave ice!! We had it for our daughters birthday and everyone loved it. Lots of flavors and we included the ice cream for our catering. Blake was great to work with and even stayed a little extra for anyone that wanted seconds one last time. Highly recommended! Our guests loved it!

Your 'open 24 hours' on this listing sent me on a wild goose chase at 10:30 at night. It's not immediately obvious that this is catering. I was looking for late night shave ice. It would be great if you could maybe change your hours to not be 24 hours, or make sure catering shows up in the first line of the search results. Thank you.

Hi Sarah - sorry about the wild goose chase. That certainly wasn’t my intention. I’ll see what I can do to alter my description to make that more obvious or earlier in the description. I show the hours that I do to indicate that I’m willing to cater for events during any hours that anyone needs me. If you call or text me and I’m home and available, I’ll be happy to make you and your friends a shave ice of your liking. :) I can make on-demand shave ice with just a little bit of notice. Absolutely thrilled with Hawaiian Ice and their help catering our 4-year-old's birthday party, especially on the super-hot day we had! The setup was professional and inviting, instantly capturing the attention of the kids and the adults too. Really impressive variety of flavors, including classic favorites and new and unique combinations. Everything was seamless and gave me one less thing to worry about when hosting. Overall, this was the touch our celebration needed and I highly recommend them for any event!

I canceled on the date of my event due to rain. About 2 hours before which he was so cool about it. But then around 3-4pm. Its started to clean up. So I took a chance by just asking if his willing to still come out and he did. Thank you for making my grandson party kids and adults loved the ice cream even in the cold

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price list includes the following (with a two hour minimum required):
$100 an hour for < 50 people ($4 per person)
$125 an hour for 51-75 people ($3.33 per person)
$150 an hour for 76-100 people ($3 per person)
$175 an hour for 101-125 people ($2.80 per person)
$200 an hour for 126-150 people ($2.66 per person)
$225 an hour for 150-175 people ($2.57 per person)
For groups larger than 175 people, contact me for a custom quote. We provide volume discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determine their requirements, location, timing, number of people, venue set up, preferred flavors, type of occasion, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in business since 2017 and done tons of events for weddings, corporate events, festivals, sporting events at high schools and stadiums, colleges/universities, graduations, etc.
