I was not able to connect to internet on my computer - after diagnosis it was determined to be a software issue - he gave me a great deal on upgrading to windows 10.- Installed all the software I needed and gave me a working computer. He provided outstanding customer service from start to finish and has followed up since to ensure I am satisfied with the work done. Will be utilizing his services again and recommend him to all my friends.

Sean, with SeanConnect IT Solutions was beyond helpful. My Battery was bulging causing my keyboard to lift. Sean explained what was going on and answered all my questions (without making me feel like I was dumb) In less than 24 hours of finding thumbtack I had my computer back in my home working like a charm!
