I had the exterior of my house painted. They were extremely helpful bringing over samples. I am not a “creative” type so I had to try 5-6 colors before making a decision. They did a great job removing the 35+ years worth of paint on the house before they started painting. Much better than I had hoped for. I love the way it turned out. Have attached pictures of the before and after. Highly recommend and would use them again if I have further painting needs.

I initially chose alpine painters because they got back to me quickly, seemed like they wanted the job, and they quoted us the best price. I knew we picked the right painter when they never NOT ONCE made me feel bad about changing our minds on the paint colors. They were extremely patient with us. We did end up making some color choice corrections (our fault) and the price was adjusted, but in the end we were so happy! They did exactly what we asked them to do and the quality was spot on! I hope we can use them again! Oh, I should also say that we live out of state and they were so accommodating with sending pictures and samples and then keeping us up to date on the progress. (We have since seen the house in person and it IS as good as the pictures made it look)

We started a few weeks later than we were quoted and upon closer inspection, the paint job was okay and not that detailed. The doors were painted but were painted only while closed so the corners were missed, not all of the trim was covered completely, and there is a spot on our window glass that got paint on it. But the workers were friendly and respectful of the property.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are inline with industry standards for licensed and insured company’s. We do offer multiple discounts be sure to ask the estimator about what discounts you qualify for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free in home estimates to give the customer the best price while giving us the proper knowledge of what it is the customer wants done. We offer free color consultation to help customers pick the perfect colors (this includes painting sample colors on walls) once colors have been chosen and a date is picked. We will be to the project on time the day of start. We take care of the home as if it is our home while we are on the job, that means a clean work space with covered flooring, furniture, cabinets etc. Painting is always done with high quality products and the proper amount of coats to insure the coverage is perfect with no runs and straight tape lines. Once painting is complete a walk through will take place with the customer to insure that the customer is %100 satisfied with the work.
