Our experience with Luis and team was fantastic. The bid was prompt and thorough - and he helped me through matching our existing paint. I requested a higher cost paint (for durability) and Luis was very flexible and transparent on the cost difference. We booked a few weeks out. they called before the scheduled date and arrive as planned. The team hustled and completed our large house paint in just over a week. They had a truly excellent work ethic and were nice to have at the house. We were very satisfied with the care taken for the prep work and priming. The end result was exactly what we wanted.

Josh found two different crews to paint our job - one for the cabinets and one for the walls/trim/ceilings. Both crews were friendly and easy to work with. The cabinet painter made my old 70’s cabinets look new - which requires a lot of scraping, sanding, and prep work! There were a few communication errors between me and Josh and the painters, but all in all it was a good experience and I felt like all the painters were safe to have in my home (this was important to me since I have small children).

I had them repaint some kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The ones that he repainted the whole doors look fine. Although I don’t love the rough, unfinished feel of the texture. It doesn’t match my existing more sealed finish feel. He touched up some spots on my cabinets on site and they don’t match at all and suits frankly look pretty awful. Attached is a photo. I asked him to do all of the touch up spots in the kitchen but he did not.

Alpine Painters did a great job fixing botched patch jobs and repainting our rental home. We were on a tight timeline and they were able to get the job done quick and efficiently and it looks great! I would definitely work with them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are inline with industry standards for licensed and insured company’s. We do offer multiple discounts be sure to ask the estimator about what discounts you qualify for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free in home estimates to give the customer the best price while giving us the proper knowledge of what it is the customer wants done. We offer free color consultation to help customers pick the perfect colors (this includes painting sample colors on walls) once colors have been chosen and a date is picked. We will be to the project on time the day of start. We take care of the home as if it is our home while we are on the job, that means a clean work space with covered flooring, furniture, cabinets etc. Painting is always done with high quality products and the proper amount of coats to insure the coverage is perfect with no runs and straight tape lines. Once painting is complete a walk through will take place with the customer to insure that the customer is %100 satisfied with the work.
