- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very fair priced. I base most of my work off of referrals. I have a referral system… Send somebody in and they receive $20 off their service, your next service you get $20 off because you referred someone and so on. I love when people pre-book their appointmentsAnd will always give a discount out of appreciation
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love talking about them, talking about what they expect out of their hair… How much maintenance they want to have in the future. What type of product to use at home so they can get the results that I give them at the salon. If they have trouble using hot tools I want to show them the correct way to do that so they can keep healthy beautiful hair. I tell them A little about me so they can build a trust with me
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to beauty school in 1987, graduated top of my class, went to business school and owned two salons. I keep up on all the classes, all the new techniques and love going to all the hair shows! I have been here for 32 years and can learn something new every day!
