I provide personal training services for individuals and groups in a fun and motivating environment. No gym memberships or contracts are required. As your personal trainer, I will help you plan and follow a customized program that will enable you to be successful in achieving your personal fitness goals --whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, improve sports performance, or increase overall health. My approach emphasizes a combination of proper exercise, good nutrition, and following a healthy lifestyle. I am a NASM certified personal trainer with a B.S. in exercise science. I ran track and field at a collegiate level and have coached track for the past couple years. I have experience in helping clients of all fitness levels reach their goals! At first, I wasnt sure how I felt about training with Kurt, but I am glad I kept going. So far, I have lost a little over 20lbs (ive been training for 2 months) and Ive seen a lot of changes in my body. Honestly, Kurt clearly knows what he is doing and isnt afraid to push you. I prefer training with someone who's willing to be honest with me, it makes me feel more comfortable. He is flexible with scheduling and accomodates my schedule (even though I am usually late). His fees are fair and well worth the results if you put the work in.

I have been working with Kurt for a couple of months now and I am so glad I chose to work with him. Kurt has a wonderful way of pushing you to do your best and keeping you motivated. He has proven to be very knowledgeable in both meal planning and effective, individualized workouts. He has been very accommodating working around my busy schedule to help keep me on track!

I have been working w Kurt for a couple months. I have seen great results that I couldn't achieve on my own. He has an all around knowledge of sports training, weight loss health and nutrition as well as a meal plan and is willing to work w my busy schedule. i have worked w several personal trainers in the past few years. Kurts knowledge and professionalism are impressive. I'm confident I will hit my goals w his assistance.
