I originally set my appointment to have an ethernet port installed for Saturday morning between 7 and 10 am. Quentin was at my home by 8 am. He was extremely professional, polite, and courteous. The work was done quickly and professionally. There were no unnecessary holes in the wall or unsightly patchwork, just a cleanly installed port.
