I believe in using fresh and wholesome ingredients that taste as good as they look! I have practiced these recipes over and over to make sure the quality and taste is the best that they can be. Each dessert is made to order, from scratch, always! I won best in state cupcakes for my Almond Raspberry flavor and came in 2nd & 3rd place in The Sugar Artists of Utah cake competition. Best cake ever! I can honestly say we have never had a better cake at any event we have hosted. I wanted a somewhat unique cake for a Disneyland themed birthday and The Chocolate Nut delivered that and so much more. This cake was UNREAL! Not only was the it absolutely beautiful but it was delicious as well.

Rebecca was absolutely wonderful to work with and the cakes she created for my daughter’s wedding were beautiful and added so much to the day. They tasted amazing too. Rebecca helped my daughter in designing the perfect cake and was incredibly patient with many changes that occurred during the process. I would not hesitate to use her services again. My only regret is that she is 2000 miles from where we live! Rebecca, if you ever decide to relocate to Maryland, be sure to let me know!

Panicking from Alaska, I had not made the arrangements for our daughter's wedding cake soon enough. Sent out a few inquiries on thumbtack, Rebecca responded very quickly. I picked out what I wanted from her photo gallery, and had a special request for the cake decorations. She easily agreed and went out of her way to accommodate the request, which was the initials C & S written in mandarin, put on the cake. The cake was everything we had envisioned. Rebecca delivered it exactly when she said she would, the kids were so happy, tons of compliments!!! Thechocolatenut is a sure winner!! Brilliant.

Rebecca has been wonderful to work with! She responded to me quickly, she is so personable, friendly and you can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. She delivered my cake to our home right on time, right after we had been dealing with a blizzard for 5 days! The cake was perfect. So beautiful, and SO delicious. Everyone loved the almond raspberry flavor. It was a hit. It fed all of our 40 guests plus extra for my now husband and I to enjoy the day after our wedding. We’ll definitely use her for future events and refer her to all our friends and family!
