- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always upfront with no hidden fees. I offer fair rates based on the size and difficulty of the job. For bigger projects, I provide package deals and discounts. I always make sure customers understand the cost before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the project details to fully understand the customer’s needs. Then I review the space, explain the options, and give a clear price estimate. Once everything is agreed on, I schedule the job, complete it efficiently, and make sure the customer is fully satisfied with the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training in home remodeling, plumbing, tile installation, drywall repair, and TV mounting. I’ve completed multiple professional courses and learned practical skills through real projects over the years.
