Viacheslav was fantastic!!! He was able to fix two washing machines that both failed for very different reasons: one's stabilizers gave out (getting those parts took magic on his part!) and the other needed an entirely new rubber door band (he cleaned my entire system on my front loader so now it is grit/gunk free). Both took some ingenuity and determination. As well, Viacheslav fixed a shower door that had become off center AND put one of our bathroom sinks back into the counter after it had fallen down due to someone standing in it. I think Viacheslav could fix anything! He is super nice, always on time, and texted me back immediately if I had a question. I felt totally at ease having him in my home and was so lucky to have found him. I will definitely use Viacheslav again and again.

I first discuss the problem and ask a few questions. Photos of the appliance or project are always helpful. After evaluating the situation, I provide an estimate, complete the work efficiently, test everything, and make sure you're satisfied before I leave.

I have professional training in appliance repair, a higher education in construction engineering, and more than 20 years of experience supervising construction projects. I continuously improve my skills and use professional tools to ensure quality workmanship.
