Plumbing, re-caulking a sink, painting and patching a wall. Very good work.
Sebastian did the grout in our shower and filled in some big gaps between the tile and drywall. He did an AMAZING job! I would highly recommend using his work. More work is needed in my kitchen and plan on going with Sebastian again!
Great guy! Did a great job on our decking project.
There was an enclosure to remove in addition to building a new deck. Stefan did a excellent job solving and repairing the problems that resulted and at a very reasonable cost!
Caulk looks great!
Fixing a wiring issue with a kitchen light and outlet.
I had a tile shower that needed replacing. I was a little apprehensive at first, but Levi is an excellent tiler and I am glad that I chose him. They did a great job and I was very pleased with the design.
Stacey not only repaired the roof, but cleaned out my gutters! Highly recommended! He did great work.
Jesus quickly contacted us and made an appointment however he was unable to come at the appointed time. He did call and reschedule and arrived on time. So far he has been an excellent contractor. Thank you.
Kevin can fix anything. Kevin has done tile work, plumbing, dry wall, Christmas lights, deck building, garage door repair, and many many other repair jobs that I have not listed. He can fix anything and the charge is always a reasonable price.
We had David come to our home to help us with a few random jobs. He helped us fix a hole in the wall from a door knob, re-caulked our bathroom, installed a new kitchen sink faucet, and resealed a door that was letting in a draft. He did a great job and was easy to work with.
Replaced water heater that was more than 14 years old. I got a few estimates and the companies that I spoke with didn't give me the full price of exactly what needed to be done. I had to call them back and double check and the prices had increased by $500-600. When I spoke with Budget Plumbing they were very honest and upfront with the total cost. And I upgraded to a 50 gal water heater from a 40 gal. It took longer than expected but it was ok. They wanted to make sure they were doing a great job. The technician that came to my house was very friendly and clean. I'll definitely hire them again for future needs. Great communication!!!! And fast replies!!!
We loved working with Custom Craft Homes! The did a phenomenal job with our carpet and flooring! We would highly recommend them to anyone!
It is so hard to find people who care about the quality of their work these days. It was a surprise and pleasure to see the PERFECT job Larry did repairing our drywall. Job Well Done Sir!
Josh has done several jobs for us over the last year. He's great to work with and loves to do every phase of a project. We've been very happy with all of them. It's nice to have one person that bids on and performs most of the work. He did a wonderful job finishing our basement, to include plumbing a bathroom and gas line, granite tile work, baseboard and casing, door installations and an awesome fireplace. He recently put in a slate floor in our main bathroom that is as much artwork as skill. We've also used him for electrical, dry wall, and paint. Very resourceful, anticipates problems. Guarantees his work.
My wife and I struggled with this review. First, let me start by saying that Clay is a very friendly person that has the best of intentions. I really think the difficulties we had with him were partly due to the sheer size of our project. Pros: He was very reasonable in his estimate. Not so far below everyone else that it was suspect, but he was very competitive. He communicated well throughout the the bid and selection process and offered some very good advice on what product and color to use. We hired him to paint the interior of our house and it was a very big job. He had to cover 4 different colors on tall walls and architectural walls. He definitely got everything covered and the house looks better than it did before. He painted our baseboards without us asking him and he went above and beyond to match the color of our ceiling. After the first few days of him painting, we offered him more work finishing an area of basement that we started and lacked the skills to complete. He taped, mudded and painted this area and did a very good job. I left him a mess and he did a very good job completing it. Cons: He did not ever arrive on time. We allowed him to tell us when he could be here and he was 2-3 hours late most every day for the first week. I talked to him about it, but it only got a little better. We changed our schedules and our son stayed home from his personal time to be here and let Clay in, but it didn't matter. Clay even joked later after setting a time to come and said "but, we both know I'll be late." Once he neared the completion of the project, I think he lost focus. We have spent the 2 days after he left cleaning up caulk and touching up paint all over the house. We had paint in the carpet and on furniture too. I believe that he wanted to do right by us, but the project was too big. It took him A LOT longer than he planned. Recommendation: I would hire him again for a small job, if there was no time constraint.
