I personally have lost 188 lbs to date and understand the challenges with eating healthier while being drawn to our comfort food. 80% of our success comes from eating healthy while adding a challenging and safe workout ethic. Diffidently watching my clients make the transition from being a student, as they find how out shape they are and realize how much better they can eat to becoming athletes and falling love with eating healthier.

Bert Arias is such an amazing trainer and coach. He has the most sensible approach to health and fitness and understands the delicate balance of how to push hard for best client results yet be so encouraging as well. There was a time when I felt like nothing I tried would help me lose weight, but Bert took the time to educate me on a specific eating plan for my body that really jumped my weight loss into high gear. I appreciate his willingness to be so involved in my journey of losing weight, which can be such a daunting mental and physical process. It always means so much to me when I feel like a person understands me and my weaknesses and can help me without judgement, and Bert is that kind of person. You are in great hands with Bert Arias as your trainer. Thanks Bert for all the coaching and encouragement you continue to give me!

Bert is incredible. I have always been nervous to work with a trainer, but working with Bert removed all nervousness and fear. We work at MY level. And while he pushes me (we never have an "easy" workout!), I never feel overwhelmed or overworked or undervalued. His approach is kind and motivating. He never yells. He really cares about you. Plus, he is extremely qualified. He approaches both fitness and nutrition from a practical, factual point of view, but is also extremely concerned with the very real emotional implications of making big changes in your life and behavior - this is something I REALLY appreciate. For example, he's encouraging me to give up soda. I said "Ok. I'll stop tomorrow." And he said "You don't want to do that. You need to be mentally ready for it. Choose a date in a week or so. Then you'll be ready." He understands how to adopt better habits and keep with them. He's amazing.

Bert is an amazing personal trainer. I was completely out of shape and never thought I could be athletic. Bert helped not only change that physically but also helped me mentally believe in myself. He pushes you hard but you see results. I would recommend Bert to anyone looking to make a lifestyle change and become healthier and happier.

I have worked with Bert for several years and he's the best. One on one training that always challenged me. He pushed me to try harder than I could by myself and really cares about his clients. I plan to go back to him when I can.
