I originally hired these guys to come out and perform a camera inspection in a room that wasnt getting as much air as I thought it should. The technician that came out was amazing and after seeing what was inside my vents I most certainly had to have them cleaned. They did an amazing job and the price was fair!I have had my ducts cleaned once previously at a different home and my experience with said company was not a good one. However, these guys rocked!! Worked hard to ensure they got all the dust and bits and pieces of left over construction that was lurking. The techs that came to my house were here for about 3 hours and when it was all said and done I definitely would use them again!

I had been paying for another company to clean my air ducts for the last 2 years and when they failed to show up 3 times in a row I decided to look around and found these guys. They showed up and showed me what my vents looked like with this camera thing and I was blown away there is no way the other company had been cleaning my vents.They pulled out rags, remotes, marbles, and all sorts of crazy things (they thought I was making it up to get a better deal but this other company I had been using obviously didn't do a very good job).This company seems to really care about their customers as they take the time to explain and spent over an 30-45 minutes on one vent trying to fish out some foreign object that turned out to be a huge universal remote control. Thanks again!

Hired Safe Air Duct to come out and clean our air ducts at a home we rent. I have extremely bad allergies and I believe the previous tenant had pets. They were about a week out on my appointment in our home in Orem. which I was a little disappointed about however the two technicians that came out were so helpful and worked extremely hard. Throughout the entire process they kept showing me stuff they pulled out of my vent and I really appreciated their drive to do the job right.The technicians were extremely clean and wore shoe covers even though I had explained it was no big deal because they had to keep coming in and out to bring equipment into our home. However, they insisted they didn't want to make a mess which was greatly appreciated.All and all I would use their services again and plan to in the future. Thanks again!
