FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can work on either an hourly or a bid process. Either way I'll give you an idea of how long I expect it to take, and what potential curve-balls we can expect. I expect my customers to either provide the materials or pay for them once provided. Anything over $200 I typically have my customers pay for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- Phone call- we talk about the project and if I'm in a position to accept it 2- Walk through- usually within 24 hours of phone call. I can usually provide a ballpark labor estimate at the time. 3- Detailed estimate within 24 hours, to include work schedule. 4- Upon acceptance- Lets roll. If I am not involved in projects already, this process can be expedited to same-day start upon acceptance of terms.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA, but the more important degree for my handyman therapy sessions is my Psychology undergrad. I prefer this sort of business to offices.
