- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to keep things simple with flat rate charges/hourly, and no hidden or unexpected fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to connect with the customer over the phone or at the very least over thumbtack messages to help clarify any particulars of the move to avoid any unexpected surprises. Ex. Layout of homes, particular pieces of furniture, logistics, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of moving experience in the industry, furniture assembly, and moving logistics. Moving is not an exact science and experience makes all the difference!
