This has got to be the best moving team in UT! I had another moving company cancel on me last minute and this was the only company willing to squeeze me into their schedule on short notice (the day of moving)! I needed to be moved out by the end of the day, so they came to help me late afternoon and it became a snowy stormy Saturday (Jan 13, 2024) evening which delayed drive times. When it got late I asked if they wanted to leave they could. But you know what? They decided to miss out on their family fun because they committed to helping me finish packing my truck, moving my things and unloading it all to my new home! We finished moving and offloading by 1am! I tell you this team is the definition of SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! This team will get what you need done with no supervision necessary! I will definitely hire these great people again if I ever need movers in the future! Go with Familiar Moving Co they will treat you like Family!

Working with this company made a difficult move much easier for me! Initially there was some miscommunication about how many items I needed moved, but Nelson was very reasonable and fair as we talked through it to get to a price we were both happy with. The team was able to get the job done quickly and took good care to move my items into the designated rooms as requested. They were friendly the entire time they worked, which was impressive given the amount of stairs they had to work with. They also played Taylor Swift songs on request. I would absolutely use them again for moving services!

It was great working with Familiar Moving Co, on time and moved everything quickly. Much less hassle than booking through a commercial junk removal service 5 stars!
