Tasha has the gift! I've had massages from all around the world and she is the best. Her empathy allows her to know exactly what the individual muscles needs are. Shes always been so professional and easy to work with. She gives the deepest massages and takes her time working on the muscle before pushing down. Most importantly she teaches you to listen to your body and what stretches you should be doing.

Tasha is amazing! Her knowledge of body/energy flow is remarkable. She focuses on your personal body needs and assists you to a new level of health. In our last one hour session she relieved a hip pain that I had been carrying around for months. She is in tune with her clients and her massages are focused to what the individual needs, not just a routine she does for everyone. I am excited for my next appointment because of her positive energy and genuine caring for me. I have always been so happy with the massages/body work I have received from Tasha! If you have tight muscles or sore areas she will work them out! I have a bad shoulder and have more movement after our session than I’ve had in a couple years! Such a sweet, nice, and professional human!! Thanks Tasha!!

The healing process can be painful or uncomfortable (determined by how long the issue/pattern has been there) but the payoff is ALWAYS worth it, after the pain comes the relief.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determine if there is a specific issue or if it is more general (& I will find the main issue) and then educate throughout the process if they are open to learning more about how to correct it (taking the proper steps towards feeling better)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am very thorough with stretching & have full body & specific (priority/focused)recommended stretches I am more than happy to go over with you.
