J-Pro recently completed an home inspection for my buyer, they were very detailed in their inspection. They take the time to walk through the house with the buyer and explains items of concern with the house and also shares tips with the buyer on fixing a small problems. Tyson is the best, hardest working realtor I have ever been involved with! I am so glad I found him here on Zillow! He never misses a beat! No matter what, he always responds to my questions right away! He is super professional in an meetings with the title people and mortgage people. When showing the homes he is so polite and considerate to all persons involved! We are now closed on our very old home (yes, TYSON had a bidding war going on my old house, wow! So we got a great price for it!) In purchasing our new house, TYSON was extremely considerate with the seller so not to offend them (they absolutely did not want to use a realtor or MLS)! In spite of that, he was so kind towards them in offering his services to them, that they agreed to work with him as their realtor. They even expressed their happiness with his excellent service! TYSON is all about his clients, even if they are buyer and seller using him at the same time, he still represents both sides in a perfectly fair manner. You would have to look far and wide, and still probably not find a better man than Tyson for your real estate needs! We will never use anyone else, and we highly recommend Tyson to everyone, that's for sure!

    A home inspection should tell you the true condition of a home. To find a good home inspector, first research whether home inspection is licensed in your area; not all states require licensure.

Carefully look into the person’s reviews and ask for references. Ask if they are committed to continuing education, and whether they are active members in any reputable home inspector organizations.     What does a real estate agent do?

    Real estate agents help their clients buy, sell, and rent commercial and residential properties.
