- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free service calls and $39 tune-ups. We'll include the tune-up for free with purchase of any other service on the same visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll call you ahead of time to make sure we're coming at a time that's convenient for you and to get an idea of what's needed on the visit so that we can be as prepared as possible to address your needs and solve any issues on that first service call. If we do need to make a return visit, we promise to keep in touch with important details like timing and availability. We'll let you know when to expect our friendly technician, and you can track the arrival time just like you can do with deliveries from Amazon or UPS.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured, members of the International Door Association and all of our techs have years of experience installing and servicing garage doors and garage door parts. We're authorized dealers for several garage door manufacturers and garage door opener companies and are factory trained by them.
