What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our inspections are based on the square footage of the dwelling. A typical inspection is $300.00. Radon and meth testing are a additional $100 each with a inspection. Discounts are available for first time home buyers, senior citizens and veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work closely with the buyers real estate agent to schedule a time with the sellers agent. Inspections normally take 2 to 3 hours. After the inspection we do a walk through of the property with the clients to answer any and all questions.

AAS Electronic Engineering Technology ITT Technical Institute.
