- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
“My pricing is based on the size of the property, the level of cleaning required, and the specific needs of each job. Deep cleans, move-in/move-out, and vacation rental turnovers may vary depending on condition and details. I can also offer better rates for recurring or regular cleanings. There are no hidden fees, and everything is discussed upfront so the customer knows exactly what to expect before the service begins
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
“My typical process with a new customer starts with understanding their needs and expectations. I usually ask for the property details and, if possible, do a walkthrough to provide an accurate estimate. Once everything is confirmed, I schedule the service at a convenient time. On the day of the cleaning, I focus on being punctual, detailed, and respectful of the space. After the job is completed, I make sure everything meets the client’s expectations and follow up if needed.”
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
“My training comes mainly from hands-on experience in the cleaning industry. I started working in hotel housekeeping, where I learned proper cleaning standards, organization, and attention to detail. I then gained additional experience working with cleaning companies, where I improved my skills in residential and vacation rental cleaning. Over the years, I’ve continued to learn through real work experience and by focusing on providing high-quality, consistent results for my clients.”
