- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will vary depending on the specific needs of each client. Although I have a basic price guiding each quote I do not have a one size fits all service price. Each home and it’s needs are different from the others therefore the cost of services will also be different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free in home estimate to all potential clients looking for recurring services. I like to spend a few minutes getting to know your individual needs and biggest challenge areas so we can build a custom plan to keep your home healthy and happy. For one time services such as a move in or move out cleaning, deep cleans and spring cleaning a short phone conversation prior to scheduling will usually suffice. After discussing details of the home a date and arrival timeframe is selected. Upon arrival we will review a task checklist and get Down 2 Cleaning. Once complete we will do a walk through and recap our checklist to ensure the work meets your expectations. If satisfied with all tasks completed you’ll be provided a copy of the checklist and invoiced for services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent 30 plus years in the school of hard Knox. Trial and error are great teachers as are the several different janitorial and residential cleaning professionals I’ve spent years working with.
